What is Wellness?
Wellness has many dimensions which include mental and physical health. Some aspects of wellness include exercise, nutrition, personal development, and stress relief. We have been fortunate to work with people from all walks of life and seeing the evolution and progress of different individuals have been inspiring.
We use a mix of equipment including massage tables, weights, fit balls, foam rollers and more. The equipment used will be designed specifically for the individual, promoting correct technique, appropriate resistance levels, and targeted exercises so you can really work your key areas and see results.
We will spend extra time teaching key muscle contraction techniques, which enables you to get more out of every workout session.
